Description of problem:
python-progressbar moved to Google Code [1] and published a 2.3 release in 2011.  The post-2.3 code from hg seems stable as well; it simply doesn't move quickly since the library is fairly mature.  Would you mind updating the package to one of those?

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing python-progressbar-2.3-1.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
