Proposed patch
The proposed patch upgrade to latest release, removes no longer needeed patches, and fix incorrect FSF address (mainly to reduce rpmlint ouput) in mostly all files (excepted LICENSE file and one other).
I've reported the FSF address issue on upstream devel mailing list, I'll post the message URL once it will be available on sourceforge interface.
