ExtUtils-Helpers 0.020 has being released. This fixes a problem with for modules named with a top level domain.

Updating perl-ExtUtils-Helpers in rawhide would allow me to remove a very ugly hack in the perl-Starman spec file so I'ld really appreciate it.

perl-ExtUtils-Helpers-0.020-1.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

Package perl-ExtUtils-Helpers-0.020-1.fc19:

* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
