realm join --one-time-password not works and fails with:

 ! Insufficient permissions to join the domain
realm: Couldn't join realm: Insufficient permissions to join the domain

realmd-0.13.91-1.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

Realm join with OTP works correctly with realmd-0.13.91-1.fc19

realmd 0.14.0 has been pushed into Fedora 19 stable.
