Description of problem:
the test page is essential to debugging some problems and when it is not included in the build, it defeats the very purpose of generating it at build time from actual variables exposed to the browser...

The test page could be placed in documentation directory or in /usr/share/spice-xpi

This request was not resolved in time for the current release.
