Hi, I was studing how to use perf, when:

[root@localhost Profiling]# perf record -r 10000 ./netlibtest 
Could not set realtime priority.
./netlibtest: Terminated

[root@localhost Profiling]# perf --version
perf version 3.9.0-301.fc19.x86_64

kernel-utils hasn't been a package in ages, and hopefully, this works fine in the latest fedora kernels.
