Description of problem:
The gupnp-av-devel contains xsd files which are required at run-time by different applications, for example: rygel. These files should be in the gnupnp-av package, not in the devel package.

gupnp-av-0.12.1-1.fc19.x86_64

Patch that moves xsd files to base package from devel package

I tested the update path too, since I had the devel package installed. The patch seems sufficient. Would be good to re-test and check it once though :)

gupnp-av-0.12.1-2.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

Package gupnp-av-0.12.1-2.fc19:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing gupnp-av-0.12.1-2.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.

gupnp-av-0.12.1-2.fc19 has been pushed to the Fedora 19 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
