Description of problem:


Bug.get() returns a different format of "component" and "version".  In Catalog 5.1, we need to support both returned data

For 4.2, Bug.get() returns component as a string if there is only one component in the bug, while Bug.get() returns component as an array regardless the number of components in 4.4.  Same thing for version.
