Description of problem:
In the CLI, it's possible to update plugin configuration of individual resources, but it's not possible to schedule an update of plugin configuration for a resource group.

Additional info:
This might be as simple as moving the declaration of  #scheduleGroupPluginConfigurationUpdate to the remote interface of the ConfigurationManager but changing the remote API requires careful documentation.
