Description of problem:
transmission-daemon is unable to retrieve torrents from IPv6-only hosts. transmission-daemon is unable to connect to IPv6-only trackers.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) try to download http://ipv6.torrent.centos.org/torrents/ipv6/CentOS-6.3-x86_64-LiveCD.torrent with transmission-daemon, it fails

2) add the aforementioned torrent through other means, remove the IPv4 tracker with transmission-remote -t 1 -tr 0 (adjust appropriately), notice that transmission is unable to connect to the IPv6-only tracker with transmission-remote -t 1 -it

Expected results:
Transmission should be able to retrieve the torrents over IPv6 and it should be able to connect to IPv6-only trackers.

The version of transmission available for EPEL6 does not support IPv6.
