Is it reproducible? Perhaps you remember what you've been doing when you see the mail's subject mentioned in the backtrace. Crashes in memory management (and taking down the GTK+ UI) can be due to anything ranging from unstable hardware to memory corruption. #36 0x080bd3b9 in compose_generic_new (account=0x916b788, account@entry=0x0, mailto=0xbfea4130 "job?subject=PHP-%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B7%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D1%87%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8%20%28Yii%29%20-%20%D0%B2%D0%B0%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%81%D0%B8%D1%8F%20%D1%81%20%D0%A5%D0%B0"..., mailto@entry=0x0, item=item@entry=0x0, attach_files=0x0, listAddress=0x0) at compose.c:1000 This message is a reminder that Fedora 18 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 18. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '18'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 18's end of life. Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we may not be able to fix it before Fedora 18 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 18's end of life. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete. We really need a bit of background in addition to backtraces, or else our hands are tied. Upstream also would want to know how to reproduce a problem or whether it is only a sporadic crash and a side-effect. |
