Owncloud stable version is now 5.0.6 
EPEL still have a 4.5 package 

Is update planned ?

No. At least not until 4.5.x gets EOL.

4.5 is eol now, and 5 is in Fedora 20. Could you update the package? Will upgrading  4.5 to 5 be supported?
