Trying to eject a cdrom from an active F19 guest always gives:

libvirtError: internal error unable to execute QEMU command 'eject': Device 'drive-ide0-1-0' is locked

But on the next try it succeeds.

Should be fixed with these two commits:

Package libvirt-1.0.5.2-1.fc19:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing libvirt-1.0.5.2-1.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
