The README says:

Therefore the license should be fixed to

> MIT or Ruby or BSD

Actually upstrema should be queried about the BSD, since the Ruby license changed from GPLv2+ or Ruby to BSD or Ruby.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.
