5 out of 5

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an admin (test) user with only resource read permission 
2. Go to Dashborad page
3. Log out
4. Log in with create test user

Actual results:
Globally Uncaught exception  red exception visible

Expected results:
No Globally Uncaught exception on gui
