Fix patch for amf.conf.5

Some markup in amf.conf.5 confuses doclifter, and is likely to confuse third-party man-page browsers as well.  It is not wrong if all you ever care about is groff rendering, but it blocks lifting of your page to clean HTML and XML.

Use of .RS/.RE to simulate literal displays defeats any attempt at structural translation.

thanks for patch. OpenAIS is dead project, but I'm pushing community send patches, so your patch is pushed now as revision 2193.
