TagLib is a library for reading and editing the meta-data of several popular audio formats. Currently it supports both ID3v1 and ID3v2 for MP3 files, Ogg Vorbis comments and ID3 tags and Vorbis comments in FLAC, MPC, Speex, WavPack, TrueAudio files, as well as APE Tags.
This is the MinGW version of a package that Fedora already has in its repository.

I have created an updated spec file for the TagLib that is currently in Fedora (1.9.1), including some other fixes:

I am not a package sponsor, so cannot formally review your package, but it would be great if you could incorporate something similar to my changes to bring the mingw package closer to the native Fedora package.
