Upgrade script did not return zero, investigate, stop services and re-run upgrade.

Since upgrades are not supported for MDP1, is there another test that we can perform to verify this issue?

One way to validate is to verify that the upgrade scripts no longer attempt to reference rake using 'ruby193-ruby193-rake'.

For example, 

without the fix:

# cd /usr/share/katello/install/upgrade-scripts
# grep ruby193-ruby193 *
