Description of problem:
Some guestfish commands areremoved from RHEL6.5, like:

-get-state            get the current state
-is-busy              is busy processing a command
-is-launching         is launching subprocess
-is-ready             is ready to accept commands

For following commands are removed from the help output. but still can be used in guestfish
-add-drive-opts       add an image to examine or modify
-mkfs-opts            make a filesystem
-ntfsresize-opts      resize an NTFS filesystem
 
it's a regression from the point of view of the customers, so need add some of them back.

1.Some APIs are removed from RHEL6.5
2.Some API's help output are removed from RHEL6.5

Expected results:
1.Add the APIs back in RHEL6.5
2.Add the help output back in RHEL6.5

verified in libguestfs-1.20.8-4.el6.x86_64

-get-state
-is-busy
-is-launching
-is-ready

These commands backed, change the status to verified
