Description Tomas Jamrisko 2013-06-10 14:18:35 UTC
Description of problem:
Applications seem to use incorrect source if using loopback kernel module.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pulseaudio-0.9.21-14.el6_3.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load required modules for loopback `modprobe snd-aloop ; modprobe snd-pcm-oss ; modprobe snd-mixer-oss ; modprobe snd-seq-oss`
2. Select loopback as input and output devides in sound preferences
3. Try playing something and recording it in a different application

Actual results:
You won't be able to record anything

Expected results:
Recording should work

Additional info:
The loopback itself seems to work, as it works when I use audacity for recording and specify the right device.
