Description Greg Renzelman 2003-06-13 09:29:23 UTC
Description of problem:

pam_krb5 has a few issues with Active Directory. First, AD returns a
KRB5KDC_ERR_CLIENT_REVOKED error code instead of a KRB5KDC_ERR_NAME_EXP when an
account has expired. Second, AD by default doesn't allow you to change your
password after is has expired. The pam_krb5 code assumes that this is possible
and therefore doesn't handle the case when requesting a password changing
ticket fails.
