Please use the following update submission link to create the Bodhi
request for this issue as it contains the top-level parent bug(s) as well

Closing as WONTFIX as the impact is minimal, if any.

EPEL and RDO are about to offer Swift 1.9.1 (already built), so anyone
concerned could use that.
