Description of problem:
On boot and login to Gnome, the mouse pointer is not showing until the touchpad is engaged. After that, all subsequent X sessions, even after suspend, do have the pointer.

I have no idea whether this is the correct component to report this bug against. But, I guess we have to start somewhere.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot, login to Gnome.
2. Mouse pointer doesn't show.
3. Touch the touchpad, mouse pointer shows.

Actual results:
No mouse pointer on first login.

Expected results:
Was not a problem before F-19.

just the touchpad makes it show up, or any mouse?

It's by design the the mouse pointer doesn't show up until the mouse is moved.

Moving the mouse does not do it. Only touching the touchpad shows the pointer. After that, everything becomes normal.

This message is a notice that Fedora 19 is now at end of life. Fedora 
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 19. It is

Fedora 19 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2015-01-06. Fedora 19 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
