Description of problem:
Make xfs filesystem failed with specified blocksize. works for ext file system

Verified with libguestfs-1.22.6-16.el7.x86_64

# guestfish -N fs:xfs mkfs-opts xfs /dev/sda1 blocksize:4096

works well
