Describe the issue: 
There is a sentence with typo "If using this setting while in mode=0 or mode=1 (the two load-balancing modes), ..." in description of "arp_interval" option. The right sentence should be "If using this setting while in mode=0 or mode=2 (the two load-balancing modes), ...". Have a look at description of "arp_interval" option in https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/networking/bonding.txt

Suggestions for improvement: 
"mode=1" => "mode=2"
