During an update, I have found that the nsca-client package conflitcs with nagios-common

file /etc/nagios from install of nsca-client-2.9.1-4.fc18.x86_64 conflicts with file from package nagios-common-3.5.0-3.fc18.x86_64

as soon as you are able to.
