https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2013-10904/dragonegg-3.3-0.3.rc3.fc19.1 fixes a broken dep in the F19 tree. Might be good to pull it in as a Freeze Exception.

Discussed at 2013-06-24 freeze exception review meeting: http://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2013-06-24/f19final-blocker-review-8.2013-06-24-16.00.log.txt . Rejected as an FE issue as the package is not on any release media, so there's no big benefit to fixing it in the frozen package set.

(For the historical record, we're aware we took a bunch of these as FEs for F18, but that was part of a protracted effort to make the F18 release repos 100% dep-consistent as it seemed like a neat goal: for F19 there are quite a few other dep issues remaining and no concerted effort to fix them all, so it doesn't seem worth piddling about fixing one or two of them).
