Currently a revision that affects only a certain condition cannot be identified from the revision message. This means that automated revision history generation is robo-blocked. 

If we have a conditions field in the revisions table, then a revision history entry can be given a set of conditions, which will allow it to be automatically included / excluded when the book is built (or even when the automated revision history is generated).
