Description of problem:
The openshift-origin-broker package lays down files that contain Fedora in the name.  One is a README.fedora16 and the other is Gemfile.Fedora

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RPM
2. ls -l /var/www/openshift/broker/Gemfile.fedora /var/www/openshift/broker/doc/README.Fedora16
3. Profit

Actual results:
Files exist

Expected results:
Files do not exist

Additional info:
Upstream has fixed the gemfile issue, using just one Gemfile instead of 2 different ones and copying based on OS.  For OSE, just need to rm the Gemfile.fedora file after moving the Gemfile.rhel

Will get this fix with the next rebase.
