Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Using "livecd-iso-to-disk --format --efi *.iso /dev/sdx" to make usb media, then auto installing the hypervisor into a uefi machine created the following error: "Installing Bootloader" with error info:
IOError:[Error 2] NO such file or directory: '/liveos/efi/EFI/redhat/grub.cfg'. This was caused by a missing directory and configuration fille, which have been fixed in a patch to allow this procedure to work.

So this bug has been fixed, after the status changed into "ON_QA", I will verify it.
This bug is currently attached to errata RHBA-2013:15277.
