Quotas can now be applied to a user within a tenant. The Compute client recognises new syntax for creating, updating, and displaying user quotas. The quota allowance of a user cannot exceed the total granted to the tenant. Show user quotas: nova quota-show --tenant <tenant id> --user <user id> Update/Create user quotas: nova quota-update <tenant id> --user <user id>
