- Explicit Requires removed (qt,giflib)
- %%{_datadir}/%%{name} subdirs are now owned by the package
- %%find_lang macro temporarily replaced due to BZ #729336

QGifer shows a warning that prevents its operation:  http://code.opencv.org/issues/3127

I'm waiting for upstream reply, although he seems unwilling to be always present in his projects ...

The development of this software (and related ones) seems slow.
