I decided to run my user in a confined domain instead of unconfined_u. And I just found out that running htop trigger lots of avc : type=AVC msg=audit(1372967416.918:7792): avc: denied { getsched } for pid=25449 comm="htop" scontext=staff_u:staff_r:staff_t:s0 tcontext=system_u:system_r:getty_t:s0 tclass=process on various target domains, so I suspect that's 1 avc per process. And this make setroubleshoot taking all my cpu for a long time, which is how I found about the issue. Either that access should be noted as dontaudit, or htop should run in a specific domain, or setroubleshoot shouldn't take so much cpu.
