channel definition is not the current one

Actual results:
File http://pear.swiftmailer.org:80//rest/c/categories.xml not valid (received: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden)


Expected results:
All packages [Channel swift]:

Additional info:
A simple update with the new channel.xml should be enough.

Workaround:
pear  channel-update --force  swift

php-channel-swift-1.3-7.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
