Description of problem:

iscsi force-start does not work with systemd.  The envionment is Fedora 18.

How reproducible:

100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fedora 18 minimal install.  
2. Add oVirt repo.  
3. Add to oVirt Cluster
4. oVirt component installation completes
5. system reboots
6. vdsm does not start.

Additional info:

removing the force option /lib/systemd/systemd-vdsmd allows the service to start.

Correction:  Fedora 19 install.
