Description of problem:
When resizing an image in Impress, keeping ratio doesn't work

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.1.0.1-8.fc19

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert an image in an odp document
2.resize image (for example keeping size ratio)
3.

Actual results:
ratio is erratic

Expected results:
Ratio should be respected

How do you "resize image, keeping size ratio?" The way to do that from UI is to hold Shift while dragging the image's border, which works just fine here.

I strongly suspect this is the same non-problem as https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52131 .

try to right-click on an image, you will get a menu, at top of it you have imension and Position...try it, that is the correct way to have an image of required dimensions instead of random resizing by dragging.

This is not a suspect, but a fact
