Description of problem:

When I write a new email or reply to someone and highlighting text, the mousewheel scrolling do not work anymore.

The touchpad scrolling still work

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-3.8.3-2.fc19.x86_64

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open new mail
2.write some text until scroll bar appear
3.highlighting some text

Actual results:
Rotate Mousewheel on text do NOT move the scroll bar
Rotate Mousewheel on scroll bar move the scroll bar
Use touchpad scroll on text or scroll bar yes, move scroll bar 

Expected results:
Rotate Mousewheel on text move the scroll bar


Additional info:
System is a Dell Notebook Fedora 19 X86_64 Up To Date
If I open another new email Mousewheel work great

Thanks for a bug report. There is filled a similar upstream bug [1], thus I'm moving this there. Please see [1] for any further updates. I wrote your steps there, it gives a clue where to look for a possible workaround on evolution's side (I didn't check actual code, maybe it's not doable - the upstream bug is against gtk+).
