Description of problem:
The network configuration dialog disappears if you click on the anaconda background screen during installation.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda 19.30.13-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Network Configuration"
2. Click "Configure"
3. Click anywhere but on the network configuration dialog.

Actual results:
The dialog disappears.


Expected results:
The dialog should stay up until "cancel" or "save" is clicked.

It reappears if "Configure..." is clicked again.

Tested with:
$ qemu-kvm -m 4096 -hda f19-test-1.img -cdrom ~/xfr/fedora/F19/Fedora-19-x86_64-DVD.iso -vga std -boot menu=on
