Description of problem:
yum --help shows:

langinfo       List languages information
langinstall    Install appropriate language packs for a language
langlist       List installed languages
langremove     Remove installed language packs for a language

But those commands are undocumented in "man yum". It's not clear how to use them, what arguments to provide for them. Also, it's not clear how to list available languages.

Please fix the manpage.

already fixed in yum-langpacks man page in yum-langpacks-0.4.1-3.fc19
