Description of problem:
There is a button called 'Delete' by the every attached file, but when I confirm the remove action in appeared dialog, nothing happens. I can simply attach files but have no way how to remove them (talking about web ui)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attach a file
2. Click to Delete button next to the attached file
3. Confirm your action in appeared dialog

Actual results:
nothing

the file should be deleted

I guess the problem is only if I'm not the submitter of the attachment..
