Description of problem:

Upgraded an account yujzhang+coupon using "test2" coupon, and created several medium, jbosseap application, and sync, checked the bill and the usage in aria, the bill charge is still calculating without any discount.

1.Upgrade account with "test2" coupon
2.Create several medium, jbosseap applications and sync
3.Check the charge in the bill and usage.

Actual results:

The bill charge is still calculating without any discount.

Expected results:

The bill charge should calculat with discount of test2 coupon.

The coupon is applied when an invoice is actually created, not when showing the potential charges for the next bill (notice the disclaimer text below the "Next Bill" section that says this doesn't include any discounts). To check whether the coupon was applied, look at the prorated invoice that is created when upgrading.
