The main rootwrap implementation has been updated with new filtering features. These new features: * permit more maintainable filter rules with less duplication, and * reduce the security risk of invoking commands via rootwrap. This update merges these rootwrap features into the OpenStack Networking service.

According to openstack wiki  & pads

there are new filters like IpFilter, IpNetNsExecFilter


They are seen in /usr/share/neutron/rootwrap/dhcp.filters

# ip_lib
ip: IpFilter, ip, root
ip_exec: IpNetnsExecFilter, ip, root


netns is working ,fine not alerts are seen in syslog so it works as expected

openstack-neutron-2013.2-16.el6ost.noarch
