As discussed several times already, please provide the above mentioned tools
with util-linux, the old sysvinit package should be dropped from the
distribution.

* last/lastb from sysvinit has been merged (commit ce60272039ea11952b15fefb653892dd0da02217 ..)

* wall from util-linux has been improved to be compatible with sysvinit
 (commit cdd3cc7fa4cafde492039180bb47f27ab8422261 ..)

* mesg(1) from util-linux seems compatible with sysvinit. The command has been enabled by default by commit 1cc62b353872f46753795285e9f65164b67d8031.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.
