Description Eco 2013-07-23 19:04:41 UTC
Description of problem:
When gluster volume info is run from the cli, all bricks are listed in the same color. It would be good to give a separate color for each afr pair so that the pairings are visually obvious. For example, with a 2x2 volume:

Volume Name: foo
Type: Distributed-Replicate
Volume ID: b0c24023-373f-4252-832e-15c39b80f94f
Status: Started
Number of Bricks: 2 x 2 = 4
Transport-type: tcp
Bricks:
Brick1: 192.168.122.100:/brick/1
Brick2: 192.168.122.101:/brick/2
Brick3: 192.168.122.100:/brick/3
Brick4: 192.168.122.101:/brick/4

Output for brick 1 and 2 would be in red, brick 2 and 3 would be in blue.

because of the large number of bugs filed against mainline version\ is ambiguous and about to be removed as a choice.

If you believe this is still a bug, please change the status back to NEW and choose the appropriate, applicable version for it.

Please reopen. This was a great idea.
