I was actually asking you to follow 'Printing troubleshooter' section, not 'Getting debug information by other means' section, but thanks anyway. It seems your printer is CLP-310, not 315. According to http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Samsung/Samsung-CLP-310 you need to use splix driver. - download and install http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/2704/5662704/splix-2.0.1-0.18.20121128svn.fc19.x86_64.rpm - delete the printer in the printer configuration tool you use (I prefer system-config-printer) - turn it off and on to re-configure it Now it should be configured to use splix driver, give it a try and let me know. Hi again Jiri, As you suggested me, I have installed splix driver and now my printer works perfectly. Thanks a lot. splix-2.0.1-0.18.20121128svn.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/splix-2.0.1-0.18.20121128svn.fc19 Package splix-2.0.1-0.18.20121128svn.fc19: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing splix-2.0.1-0.18.20121128svn.fc19' as soon as you are able to.
