Description of problem:

The MonitorsDB file is missing support for the Philips 109B40.

By adding the following line to MonitorsDB this monitor is selectable through
redhat-config-xfree86 / Anaconda :

Philips; Philips 109B40; 0; 30.0-97.0; 50.0-160.0; 1

I'll also include the Windows .inf file for this monitor.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Buy Philips 109B40
2. Notice that it cannot be ddc-probed.
3. Seek monitor in listing presented by redhat-config-xfree86.
    

Actual Results:  
The Philips 109B40 is not in the list.

Expected Results:  
The Philips 109B40 should be in the list.
