Description of problem:
werken-xpath contains ASL 1.1 as license in spec file. However as a comment notes the license has different wording. In other words...it's not ASL 1.1.

I believe the license should be investigated and added properly to Fedora licensing page. Blocking FE-LEGAL on this.
