This happening in version 1.5.1 and 1.6.1, when I'm using 1.4.1 everything commits without problem.

Comment 2 piio 2013-08-12 20:43:51 UTC
After installing mass-rebuild updates problem is fixes, using etckeeper in version 1.6.1 commits are done without problem.

Comment 3 Thomas Moschny 2013-08-18 06:12:14 UTC
Please check whether etckeeper-1.7-1.fc20 (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=457238) works for you so we can close this bug.
