Description of problem:

$ rpm -q workrave
workrave-1.10-3.fc19.x86_64

The Rest Break screen doesn't have the 'Lock' button anymore to activate the screensaver.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
