How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install SAM 1.3 from compose
2. Launch SAM UI
3. Initially the user had root@localhost email - gravatar failed and it displayed a URL (screenshot attached)
4. Updated the user with a valid gravatar email id - gravatar display still failed and it displayed a URL

Actual results:
An URL for the gravatar image is displayed in UI

Expected results:
Either the default gravatar image or the right gravatar image should be displayed
